About us
The original school at this site was called
Grangehill Road School and it opened in 1902 in temporary
buildings. On 22nd August 1904, the
present building was opened.
The Gordon is a mixed primary school for pupils between the ages of 5 and 11 years. We also have a nursery with 50 part time pupils. Currently we have 390 pupils. Our last OFSTED report is from 1999. See our performance tables.
We are approximately 2½ miles due South of the River Thames and 8 miles East of the centre of the City of London, England.
